DAY ONE
Join the coach at your selected pick-up point for the journey to Belfast port for the 7.35am Irish Sea crossing to Stranraer. Upon arrival in Stranraer, rejoin the coach for the journey to your hotel where you will have the remainder of the day at leisure.
DAY TWO
After your full English breakfast this morning explore the abundance of antique shops in the Cotswolds on our included full day ‘Antiques of the Cotswolds’ tour. During the course of the day you will be taken to places of interest including Tetbury, Moreton-in-Marsh and Burford, where after time exploring and shopping you may wish to treat yourself to a scrumptious cream tea! Later this afternoon we will return you to your hotel.
DAY THREE
After breakfast today, we travel to Gloucester. Here you’ll have free time to explore the city centre with its great shops and the famous Gloucester Cathedral. We will then travel to Gloucester Docks, where you will have plenty of time to enjoy all of the attractions on offer. The Docks are an historic and picturesque part of Gloucester and many a rewarding hour can be spent strolling around admiring the many boats and barges that pass through. You could also pay a visit to The Soldiers Of Gloucester Museum or The British Waterways Museum, which operates popular boat trips around the canal. We also include a visit to the Gloucester Antique Centre, a genuine Aladdin’s Cave of treasures, housing over 140 dealers spread over 5 floors. With items on sale including china, jewellery, toys, golf memorabilia, antique prints and maps, Royal Doulton and furniture there is sure to be something here for every antiques enthusiast.
Later this afternoon we will transfer you back to
your hotel.
Please note: entrance to museums at the Gloucester Docks is not included.
DAY FOUR
After breakfast today, we must rejoin the coach for the journey to Stranraer and the return 7.50pm Irish Sea crossing to Belfast. Upon arrival you will be returned to your original point of departure.
