Day 1 Join the direct flight to Vancouver. Transfer to your centrally located hotel for three nights. Not many cities match the dazzling setting of Vancouver, with its downtown skyline surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and vast snow-covered mountains. Close to your hotel is the Pacific Centre, which covers over three city blocks, with boutiques, restaurants and speciality shops. Enjoy the bustling Public Market, the shops of Granville Island and cobblestone Gastown with its pubs, antique and tourist shops.
Day 2 An opportunity to join our optional full-day Vancouver city tour, Capilano Suspension Bridge & Grouse Mountain excursion.
Day 3 Today we recommend you take advantage of our optional full-day tour to Vancouver Island, which includes a visit to the world-famous Butchart Gardens.
Day 4 We leave Vancouver today and begin our tour of the Rockies. Our coach will take us through dramatic mountain scenery to beautiful Sun Peaks for a one-night stay.
Day 5 Leave Sun Peaks and head for Lake Louise, travelling through some of the most majestic scenery in the Rockies. You’ll enjoy a magnificent drive with panoramic views of stunning mountains, waterfalls, glaciers and snowfields. After a stop at beautiful Lake Louise, we’ll arrive at our hotel in Banff. Known as “Canada’s Pride”, Banff is located in Banff National Park, recognised as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town is surrounded by breathtaking scenery, with one end cut off by a rock garden and the other by a mountainous wall.
Day 6 Make the most of your time in Banff with our optional excursions. This morning enjoy a Banff sightseeing tour, whilst this afternoon perhaps take a helicopter ride over the Rockies.
Day 7 Transfer to Calgary Airport for the direct flight to Toronto and a two-night stay at a centrally located hotel in the city. With a wealth of attractions for you to explore, Toronto makes sightseeing a real pleasure. Its restaurants are legendary, with over 5,000 scattered across the city and, for a spot of café hopping, try the trendy but fun trattorias in Little Italy. Toronto is also a retail paradise; with so many bargains to be had and a favourable exchange rate, be sure to visit the Eaton Centre, a dazzling complex with over 300 shops and restaurants.
Day 8 Make the most of your time in Toronto by joining our excellent optional excursions. Take a guided city tour and have dinner at the CN Tower.
Day 9 Today we include a full-day excursion to the awe-inspiring Niagara Falls. Take an optional helicopter ride for fantastic views, or enjoy lunch overlooking the Falls. This evening we transfer to the airport for the overnight flight to the UK.
Day 10 Arrival in the UK.
