 Brussels’ Christmas Markets Itinerary
DAY ONE
Your holiday begins with early morning coach pick-ups and journey to Dover/Folkestone for the 9.00am Ferry/Eurotunnel crossing to Calais. Alternatively, we offer overnight hotel accommodation close to port for those who would prefer. After disembarkation, our coach continues to Bruges. Take advantage of the excellent Christmas shopping opportunities and enjoy enchanting views of winding canals, elegant red-brick houses, atmospheric churches and historic squares. We will then continue to Brussels and on to our well-located hotel. This evening, you might like to experience the delights of Brussels by night. DAY TWO After an included breakfast, make the most of your time in the cathedral city of Brussels by joining our optional Explore Brussels excursion, taking in many of the most famous sights. The rest of the day is yours at leisure to discover the Christmas Markets, shops and central streets of Brussels at this special time of the year. This evening you might like to relax with a drink in the hotel’s bar or soak up the festive atmosphere on the streets and squares of this friendly capital city. DAY THREE After breakfast, we bid farewell to our hosts and begin our journey homewards. We will stop again in Bruges for some last-minute shopping, or choose to join our optional excursion to the Dutch town of Sluis. Later in the day, we continue towards Calais, arriving in time for the 5.45pm Ferry/Eurotunnel crossing to Dover/Folkestone. Upon arrival, we will return you to your original departure point. Please note: all timings are correct at time of printing, but may be subject to change. It is possible from certain locations that coach pick-ups will be in the late evening of the previous day and coach drop-offs will be in the early morning of the following day.
