There are excellent facilities at the hotel, including an exclusive 36-seater cinema, leisure club, which includes an 18-metre indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. There is also a beauty treatment room and a fully equipped gymnasium, although a small charge applies for use of these facilities. All twin or double-rooms are equipped with en suite facilities and TV. Britannia Grand Metropole, Blackpool The Grand Metropole Hotel is the only hotel in Blackpool located between the sea and the promenade, offering uninterrupted views out over the Irish Sea. Close to both the North Pier and the Tower, it’s perfectly located for Blackpool's major attractions and entertainment venues. Convenient facilities include lifts to all floors, superb service and food, several bars and restaurants, snooker tables and dart boards. This hotel also provides daily entertainment with regular cabaret, music and cash prize bingo. All rooms are en suite, with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. When extra capacity is necessary due to popular demand, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative hotel of a similar standard.
