DAY ONE
Your holiday begins with coach
pick-ups and a journey to Dover/Folkestone for
the 6.45am ferry/Eurotunnel crossing to Calais.
Alternatively, we offer overnight hotel accommodation close to port for those who would prefer.
We will then continue through France to
Germany, arriving at our hotel during the course
of the evening. Your included evening meal will
be served in the hotel’s restaurant.
DAY TWO CHRISTMAS EVE
After breakfast, join us on an optional Freiburg & the Rhine
excursion, where you are at leisure to explore.
In the afternoon, we travel to the second part of
this full-day tour; the ancient town of Breisach,
located on the River Rhine, where you’ll have
plenty of opportunity to see the beautiful sights
found here. We’ll arrive back in good time for
your four-course meal in the hotel’s restaurant.
Then to cap off a delightful day, you have the
opportunity to visit a local church for a festive
Christmas service.
DAY THRE CHRISTMAS DAY
Enjoy your
breakfast and a morning at leisure. Later on, a
buffet lunch will be served, after which you have
the opportunity to join us on an included visit
to Strasbourg. Famed for its magnificent rose
coloured cathedral and the timbered houses of the
old town, this will be a Christmas you’ll remember
forever. On arrival back at the hotel, your
five-course Christmas dinner will be served.
DAY FOUR BOXING DAY
After breakfast this
morning, join our optional Black Forest panorama
excursion, taking in the many highlights of this
delightful region. Enjoy an en route visit to
Treiberg and Titisee before returning to the hotel
in time for your three-course evening meal.
DAY FIVE
Following breakfast we must bid
farewell to this most romantic region. We will
travel to Calais for the return 8.15pm Channel
crossing to Dover/Folkestone. On arrival, you will
be returned to your original pick-up point.
Please note: crossing details are correct at the time of printing
but may be subject to change. In order to offer a full itinerary
it is possible your pick up times may be in the late evening of
the previous day or very early in the morning of day one of
your holiday itinerary; likewise your return drop off will be late
and possibly into the early hours of the next day. Final timings
are confirmed with your joining instructions.
