When going ashore, an Identity Card system is used to monitor the security of passengers. Please take care of your Identity Card and report immediately to the Information Desk if your card is lost or stolen.

Tenders

Disembarkation in some ports of call is made by ship’s tender if the ship is unable to go alongside. A complimentary boat shuttle service will operate from the ship to shore and information regarding this will be given on board. Crew members will always be on hand to assist you in and out of the boats. Please ensure you have the appropriate footwear with you (no high-heeled shoes; rubber soled shoes are recommended).
