 Grand Canyon, Monument Valley & America's Great National Parks itineraryDay 1 Join the flight to Las Vegas and transfer to Laughlin, ‘Las Vegas in minature’ on the banks of the Colorado Rover, for two nights. Day 2 Join our Wild West and cowboy town optional excursion, visiting an authentic western ghost town and mining camp, where Stetsons and gunfights are just part of everyday life! Day 3 Today depart through Red Rock Canyon to Sedona, where you can join our optional jeep tour to experience the incredible scenery and stunning rock formations of Sedona’s backcountry. Continue to the magnificent Grand Canyon and our hotel for the night. Day 4 Take to the skies over the Grand Canyon with a ‘once in a lifetime’ optional helicopter or plane ride, before heading for Kayenta, near Monument Valley, for one night. Day 5 A wonderful highlight, join our optional Monument Valley sunrise tour or balloon flight, and witness this incredible desert landscape with its isolated red pinnacles, monolithes and buttes at the very best time of the day. Today also includes a visit to Goulding’s Lodge within the Navajo Indian Reservation to see John Wayne’s cabin. Then it’s on to Moab, Utah, for two nights. Day 6 Morning included visit to Dead Horse Point from where vistas of Canyonlands National Park, the largest park in the state of Utah, are beautiful. Afternoon optional flight over Canyonlands or optional drive to Arches National Park. Arches has the highest concentration of natural stone arches and openings in the world including Delicate Arch and North and South Windows. Day 7 Transfer to Kanab for two nights, with an en route visit to the Bryce Canyon National Park, home to sensational pink cliffs and thousands of delicate spires, including the famous Thor’s Hammer. Day 8 Optional excursion to Lake Powell, Page & Glen Canyon. Day 9 Depart for Las Vegas for one night, visiting Zion National Park en route. This evening, you’ll have free time to explore this fantastic destination, but perhaps get the most out of your time here with our Las Vegas by night optional excursion, which takes you to Downtown Vegas to the amazing light show of Fremont Street before continuing up the spectacular four-mile strip. Day 10 Transfer to airport for overnight return flight. Day 11 Arrival in the UK.
