Itinerary

Day 1 - Direct flight and transfer to your hotel in Orange for a five-night stay.

Day 2 - Today you can join our scenic optional excursion to Privas & the Gorges of the Ardèche.

Day 3 - Enjoy an included full-day excursion to Avignon in its lovely setting on the River Rhône and admire the 14th century Popes' Palace.

Day 4 - Take advantage of our optional excursion to the Roman city of Arles and the Camargue.

Day 5 - Today’s optional excursion will take you to the lovely city of Aix-en-Provence and the seaside resort of Cassis.

Day 6 - Transfer to the airport for the return flight to the UK.

Optional Excursions

Privas & Gorges of the Ardèche
Price - £28
Admire the spectacular gorges on a journey through the beautiful Ardèche region to Vallon Pont-d’Arc, the amazing natural limestone arch over 100 feet high carved out by the River Ardèche. Includes visit to Privas, famous for the production of ‘marron glace’.

Arles & the Camargue
Price - £28
First to the ancient Roman city of Arles, complete with Roman amphitheatre and baths. We then journey through the untamed 346,000 acre wilderness of the Camargue, famous for its black bulls, white horses and pink flamingos, to Saintes-Maries de-la-Mer and Aigues Mortes.

Aix-En-Provence & Cassis
Price - £28
Aix is known as the ‘Florence of Provence’ thanks to its ancient fountains and impressive squares. After a tour of the city, we visit the little seaside resort of Cassis, its picturesque fishing port lined with cafes, before continuing along the coastal road to Bandol.
