Your Holiday Itinerary
Heidelberg & Black Forest Rhine Cruise

Day 1 RÜDESHEIM

Selected early morning coach pick-ups and a journey to Dover/ Folkestone for the 9.00am ferry/ Eurotunnel crossing to Calais. Alternatively, we offer overnight hotel accommodation close to port for those who would prefer. We will then journey through France, Belgium and Germany to Rüdesheim, where you will join MS Hispania in time for a welcome drink and your included three-course evening meal.

Those taking the air option will fly direct from the UK and transfer to the vessel.

*Passengers taking the overnight crossing from the north of England or Scotland, will depart the previous day and join the vessel on day 1 for dinner.

Day 2 RÜDESHEIM, WORMS

After breakfast enjoy free time in Rüdesheim. Alternatively, take the optional excursion to Siegfried’s Mechanical Musik Kabinett followed by a wine tasting session, before returning to the vessel. After an included lunch on board, we cruise to Worms, home of Liebfraumilch.

Day 3 WORMS, SPEYER

While you enjoy breakfast, we will cruise to the historic town of Speyer, famous for its medieval cathedral. This afternoon join our included excursion to Heidelberg, famed for its pink sandstone castle.

Day 4 SPEYER, RASTATT

In the morning we cruise to Rastatt which is located within the enchanting Black Forest region. After lunch on board explore this beautiful region at your own pace, or join our optional tour of Baden Baden and the Black Forest including coffee and Black Forest Gateau.

Day 5 RASTATT, STRASBOURG

During breakfast we cruise to Strasbourg for time at leisure. Alternatively, join an optional excursion to the vineyards of the Alsace, with included tastings.

Day 6 STRASBOURG

Bid farewell to our vessel and travel to Calais for the 6.30pm ferry/Eurotunnel crossing to Dover/ Folkestone. Upon arrival you will be returned to your original point of departure.

Those taking the air option will transfer directly to the airport for the return flight to the UK.

*Passengers returning on the overnight crossing to the north of England or Scotland, will transfer to the departure port and arrive in the UK the next day.
