Monet's Gardens & the Highlights of Normandy
DAY ONE
Our holiday begins with selected early morning coach pick-ups and a journey to Dover/Folkestone for the 10.30am Ferry/Eurotunnel Channel crossing to Calais. Remember, we offer overnight hotel accommodation close to port for those who would prefer. Upon arrival in Calais, we continue to your hotel in the Rouen region of France. After time to freshen up and unpack, the evening is yours to spend at leisure.
DAY TWO:
After breakfast at your hotel, we’ll make the journey to Monet’s Gardens, where you’ll have time to explore the gardens and house (entrance included) before we travel to the town of Les Andelys and the village of Lyons-la-Forêt for an unforgettable visit. Later this afternoon we will return to the hotel, where the evening is at leisure.
DAY THREE:
After breakfast this morning, join our optional excursion to Rouen and the Château du Champ de Bataille Gardens. Later this afternoon we’ll join the return transfer to the hotel where the evening is at leisure.
DAY FOUR:
Following breakfast, we must reluctantly bid farewell to our hosts and begin the journey to Calais for the 5.30pm Ferry/Eurotunnel crossing to Dover/Folkestone. Upon arrival we will return you to your original point of departure.
