Day two Included full-day excursion to Trento Christmas markets. Each year, the welcoming Italian town of Trento plays host to six weeks of festivities in its ancient town centre and cobbled squares, showcasing ever-popular Christmas markets. There is also an entire square dedicated to the young with Father Christmas making an appearance. Later, perhaps take a stroll from the imposing Castello del Buonconsiglio across the historical centre up to the Piazza Duomo, via a stunning cathedral and beautifully frescoed palaces. Wander then through via San Marco, via Manci and via Belenzani, as well as other narrow streets, where you can view terrific historic buildings, before taking in the characteristic arcades in via Suffragio, watched over by ancient towers and battlements. Day three Today we offer a full-day optional excursion to Venice, which includes waterbus transfers into the heart of St. Mark’s Square. Day four Complete your Christmas shopping with an optional excursion to Innsbruck and Vipiteno, where you can enjoy the luxury of duty-free prices. Day five Transfer to the airport for the return flight to the UK.
