Your Itinerary

Day 1 - Flight from UK to Balaton. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in Keszthely for five nights, with free time to explore.

Day 2 - After breakfast, join the optional excursion and wine tasting at Badacsony.

Day 3 - Today, join an included trip to Budapest.

Day 4 - Following breakfast, you can join the optional excursion to Pécs.

Day 5 - Today we offer an optional excursion travelling the northern shores of Lake Balaton.

Day 6 - This morning, join the included trip to Hévíz before returning to the airport for the flight back to the UK.

The medieval city of Pécs

This 2000-year-old medieval city is located at the foot of the Mecsek Mountains. An abundance of impressive monuments has resulted in Pécs being selected as European City of Culture for 2010.

Wine tasting & Badacsony
Price - £16
Discover the little town of Badacsony. Producing some of the area’s finest wines, the surrounding slopes are covered with vines and dotted with picturesque wine press houses and charming cottages. A tasting in a local tavern will introduce us to some of the most popular wines.

Around Lake Balaton
Price - £18
Enjoy a wonderful trip along the shoreline of this magnificent lake. Our first destination is Herend, home to the world-famous porcelain factory now more than 180 years old. We then continue to Tihany, one of the lake’s most treasured villages. Our last stop today is Baltonfüred, the oldest and most popular resort on the Northern shore.
