Your Itinerary

Day 1 - Flight to Frankfurt Hahn. Transfer to your overnight hotel in Schweinfurt.

Day 2 - Included visit to Ingolstadt, continuing to your hotel in Bled, Slovenia for three nights.

Day 3 - Included visit to Bled Castle. Optional afternoon excursion to Lipica.

Day 4 - Free time in Bled, or optional Ljubljana city excursion.

Day 5 - Arrive Austrian lake district of Salzkammergut for two nights. Included stop at Lake Wolfgang and Mondsee.

Day 6 - At leisure, or optional excursion to Salzburg.

Day 7 - En route stop in Nürnberg before continuing to overnight hotel in the Rhine Valley.

Day 8 - Transfer to airport for return flight to the UK.

Lipica and the horses of the Spanish Riding School

Enjoy a trip to Lipica, where graceful white Lipizzaner horses are bred. Set in the Karst region of Slovenia, we will visit a special farm to see these horses put on a spectacular performance for us.

Ljubljana City

This friendly destination offers stunning views, architectural gems, and a fortress that dominates the city. Explore the daily market, host to a riot of colourful fruit, vegetables and flowers, or cross one of the famous bridges, such as Tromostovje (Three Bridges) or Cobblers’ Bridge.

Salzburg City
Price - £20
Known as the ‘Rome of the North’, this city is a delight to explore. See the mighty Dom Cathedral and the Prince Archbishop’s Palace before strolling across the bridges to the Mirabelle Gardens. Perhaps even treat yourself to a ride on the funicular railway to the Hohensalzburg Fortress (not included).
