DAY ONE
Your holiday begins with selected early morning coach pick-ups and a journey to Dover/Folkestone for the 9.00am ferry/Eurotunnel crossing to Calais. Alternatively, we offer overnight hotel accommodation close to port for those who would prefer. After disembarking at Calais, our coach continues through France and Belgium to your 4* hotel in Holland. Upon arrival, you will have time to freshen up before re-joining our coach for the transfer to Amsterdam. Here you can enjoy time to explore or take the chance to join our optional sparkling city cruise including cheese and wine. You will return to the hotel later this evening.
DAY TWO, New Year’s Eve
Following your Dutch breakfast, join the coach for the mid-morning transfer into Amsterdam. Once in Amsterdam you are at leisure to enjoy the sights of Holland’s capital. To view the city at its very best, be sure to join our optional dazzling Dutch capital tour. Later today, you might like to join our optional excursion to the Sea Palace, a stunning pagoda style floating restaurant, offering the best that Chinese cuisine can offer. Later this evening, make your way into the heart of Amsterdam for truly spectacular celebrations as you welcome in the New Year in style. Once the party is over, re-join the coach for the transfer back to your hotel. (Please note: there is no scheduled return to your hotel during the day.)
DAY THREE, New Year’s Day
Today, after a leisurely Dutch buffet breakfast, we must reluctantly bid farewell to our hosts and begin the journey homewards, stopping en route at a wine warehouse/hypermarket (time permitting). We will continue to Calais in time to board the 6.30/7.15pm ferry/Eurotunnel crossing to Dover/Folkestone. Upon arrival, we will return you to your original pick-up point.
